Executive Director
Orsod Malik
Orsod Malik is a curator of exhibitions and archives, writer, independent researcher, and the Executive Director of the Stuart Hall Foundation. He also serves as a Trustee at The Common Guild, a visual arts organisation in Glasgow. Malik’s work explores transnational cultural and political entanglements in historical narratives to consider the possibility of shared histories. He is particularly interested in the relationship between social movements, aesthetics, and public education, and their combined role in shaping collective identities.
Malik has curated exhibitions and developed programmes for several cultural organisations including, the Stuart Hall Foundation, International Curators Forum (ICF), Black Cultural Archives, Institute of International Visual Arts (iniva), Prince Claus Fund and the British Council.

Harriet Fleuriot
Harriet is an artist and producer. Her art often includes film, performance and sculpture, and is sometimes made in collaboration with other artists. Harriet has experience in the production of films, exhibitions, events, training and artists’ opportunities, working alongside artists and with organisations focused on supporting arts and culture.

Ilze Rieba
Ilze is an experienced Arts Administrator and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience spanning across the arts, charity, health-care and start-up sectors. She has a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Theory from the Latvian Academy of Culture.
Programme Coordinator
Tayyab Amin
Tayyab is a Leeds-based arts and culture professional with a background spanning the music, literature and tech sectors. He is an editor at non-profit, independent music platform Truants and co-founded Season, a series of community-oriented nightlife events. His writing has been featured in The Guardian, The Wire and more, and has performed as a DJ across the UK.
